CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE

• All passengers are required to provide appropriate (valid) means of Identification for travel.
• All non-promo tickets are valid for one (1) year from the first date of travel.
• Tickets are re-routable subject to applicable change fees and fare rules.
• Name change is not permitted on tickets, and Tickets are Non-Transferable.
• All cancellations, modifications and no-show charges will be as per the fare conditions for the selected fare class.
• All voluntary refund request on refundable tickets will be honoured less 25% of the original ticket fare and penalties (where applicable) with processing time of up to 7 days. During ticket modifications, no refunds will be given from the initial fare if the new flight fare is lower.
• Pregnant women are required to present a medical certificate, issued within seven (7) days of travel, confirming their fitness to fly and stating the expected date of delivery. This requirement applies from the 28th week up to the end of the 35th week for a single pregnancy. For multiple pregnancies (e.g., twins or more), medical clearance is required from the 28th week, and travel is not permitted after the completion of the 32nd week of pregnancy.
• Passengers who have undergone surgery within the preceding 14 days may be required to provide a medical certificate confirming fitness to fly.
• Online Check-in will begin 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure and close 1 hour before scheduled Flight departure time.
• Bellagio Airlines counters would be open 2 hours prior to the scheduled Flight departure for physical check-in, and close 45 minutes before scheduled Flight departure.
• Boarding closes 15 minutes before Flight departure.
• Premium Economy– Baggage Allowance on all fare classes for adult/child is two pieces of maximum 30kg (10kg for infants) combined weight unless otherwise specified in the fare rules. Baggage in excess is subject to a fee of N1,200 per kg (VAT inclusive). Any excess on the specified weight would be subject to availability. Each Adult (12 – Above) or Child (2 – 11years) passenger is allowed to carry only one piece of hand luggage of maximum 10kg with size not exceeding 45x35x20 cm in addition to a carry-on purse or handbag or Laptop.
• Economy Class– Baggage Allowance on all fare classes for adult/child is one piece of maximum 15kg (10kg for infants) weight, unless otherwise specified in the fare rules. Baggage in excess is subject to a fee of N1,200 per kg. Any excess on the specified weight would be subject to availability. Each Adult (12 – Above) or Child (2 – 11years) passenger is allowed to carry only one piece of hand luggage of maximum 6kg with size not exceeding 45x35x20 cm in addition to a carry-on purse or handbag or Laptop.
• The airline reserves a right to request that a carry-on baggage be dropped for check-in where the crew and ground staff reasonably believes it will not fit into the cabin hold.
• Any act of assault on crew, staff and equipment of Bellagio Airlines shall lead to immediate disembarking of the passenger and permanent forfeiture of the ticket. The passenger shall be handed over to AVSEC for prosecution.
• Bellagio Airlines may refuse carriage of a Baggage or Article for reasons of safety or if, in the exercise of our discretion, we determine that such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws.
• Acceptance of carriage of passengers needing Special Assistance is subject to prior arrangement with us.
